Here are the WoW addons I use a lot. I'd really recommend that everybody get them.

Cosmos UI: A whole ton of UI mods in one package.

Auctioneer: Scans the Auction House, helps you price to sell.

CT RaidAssist: Endgame raiding tool, includes some boss alerts.

KLH ThreatMeter: Helps the group / raid view threat and prevent aggro.

ClearFont: I didn't realize the WoW font was so painful until I tried it.

(This has two steps for installation -- it adds fonts AND an Add-on.)

MailTo: Simplifies use of mail. Right-click in inventory to send an item, right-click email in list to retrieve item, better notifications, and a dropdown list of recipients.

I also use a few others -- Gatherer, LaVendetta Boss Mods, and a couple I wrote myself, but these are the main ones I think everyone really ought to have.

All of these except Auctioneer and Gatherer have been updated for the 2.0 patch.

Auctioneer's alpha build (the manual download) has been working for me... Gatherer is, from what I've read, not in as good shape.
