Ael House

Postby Cael » Sun Apr 29, 2007 11:39 pm

Another thing that I've been meaning to talk to you guys about... Ael House.

I established the kinship in open beta, just to give us an easy way to chat, but now I'm wondering if this works for everyone or if you'd like to go down a different path. Some options that I see for us (not mutually exclusive):

    A) Stay the Ael House and keep the membership to current friends.
    B) Rename/reform the kinship as something more akin to NarEmiki.
    C) Join another established kinship in order to expand our network & options.
    D) Recruit others into our current kinship. Criteria?
    E) Something else?

The only disadvantage I see to disbanding (e.g., reforming, renaming) is that we lose the time that we've accrued on the kinship age: ~3 weeks. This gives us the kinship benefits, but they are easily earned again.

Rank 1 - Creation
Rank 2 - 24 hrs: Message of the Day
Rank 3 - 3 days: Kinship Titles
Rank 4 - 10 days: Officer Chat
Rank 5 - 30 Days: Kinship Mail
Rank 6 - 60 Days: Kinship Auctions

This probably isn't all that helpful, but all I'm concerned with is that we can stay playing together. Do what works...

I'm happy with Ael House. I say, recruit away.

On one condition: If we pick up anyone that we all agree is annoying, I get to be the one that kicks them out. :)

I like Ael House. I think it fits the group and the game well. It's great to have the guild be made up of our Nar Emiki friends, but I'm sure we can find other like-minded people as well. If not, Nards can boot them.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to make everyone aware that we have a new member of Ael House. Tweeni join our kinship tonight. After grouping with Dael, Texas, Emali and Namolas, she still accepted a kinship invite. So, you know she's Ael House material if she accepted after grouping with us. hehe
Anyway, this is the first member outside of our little group. So please be sure to welcome her the next time you log on, and she's around. I'll send an in-game kinship mail, but I just wanted you all to know. :)
